Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MoBot mobile app and related services provided by Techmology (Algiers, Algeria). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the MoBot app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. The service

MoBot is an educational robotics app that lets you connect to and control MoBot robots over Bluetooth, learn to code, and access related learning content. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or our services.
• Interfere with another person's use of the app or with connected devices that are not yours.

5. Hardware and safe use

The app controls physical MoBot hardware. Please follow the instructions and safety guidance that come with your kit, and supervise children while they build and operate robots. You are responsible for using the hardware safely and in a suitable environment.

6. Intellectual property

The MoBot app, its content, branding, and the “MoBot” and “Techmology” names are owned by Techmology and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended educational purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techmology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
